Our quality checks extend beyond essential components like lead and acid, encompassing even seemingly trivial items such as petroleum jelly, handle dori, or carton boxes.
  • During In Process Quality Control checks, all battery manufacturing processes are thoroughly examined, including lead alloy making, grid casting, oxide manufacturing, paste mixing, pasting and flash drying, curing, spine casting, oxide filling, bottom bar insertion, ammonia pickling, small parts casting, cell assembly, final packing, and dispatch.
  • Before dispatch, we conduct a comprehensive final inspection, adhering to an exhaustive checklist to ensure our customers receive products that meet aesthetic, performance, and lifespan standards, resulting in complete customer satisfaction.
  • Our successful implementation of the quality system stems from recording customer feedback, performing constant analysis of product failure modes and trends using modern quality tools such as A3 sheets, FMEA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagrams, taking prompt corrective and preventive actions, conducting internal/external audits, and measuring customer satisfaction.
