The Okaya OPTT26060 upgrades the traditional 220Ah battery category to 230Ah, delivering higher backup in a Tall Tubular XBD+ design backed by a 60-month warranty. Priced at ₹25,600, it is ideal for larger homes, small commercial establishments, and applications with consistently high power consumption or frequent, extended power outages.
As per Okaya's CBH (Certified Backup Hours) declaration, independently verified by NABL-accredited laboratories under UMHD conditions, the OPTT26060 delivers: 29 hours 30 minutes at 100W load, 13 hours 20 minutes at 200W load, 8 hours at 300W load, and 5 hours 30 minutes at 400W load.
Compared to the 210Ah OPTT24060, the 230Ah OPTT26060 delivers noticeably longer backup. At a 300W load, it provides 8 hours of backup versus 7 hours 10 minutes, offering approximately 50 minutes more runtime. At a 200W load, it delivers 13 hours 20 minutes compared to 12 hours 5 minutes, giving nearly 1 hour 15 minutes of additional backup. For homes operating between 200W and 300W, the 230Ah model is a significant upgrade.
Running an air conditioner requires a compatible Hi-Capacity UPS or inverter capable of handling the AC's starting and running load. While the OPTT26060 provides up to 5 hours 30 minutes of backup at a 400W load, actual AC power consumption may exceed this depending on the unit's tonnage.
